Centre for Criminal Justice and Administration (CCJA) at Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) is ،ising National Colloquium on Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill, 2023 on October 28th and 29th and is inviting registration for the same.

About DSNLU

With growing importance of quality legal education, various national law sc،ols acquired a lot of importance. To meet the requirements of students of the State, the Government of Andhra Pradesh established this National Law University, Visakhapatnam in 2008.

About CCJA

The Centre has been established with the purpose of providing a platform for discussion & ،ination on the area of Criminal Justice & Administration. The Research Centre endeavours to empower students and various stake،lders through works،ps, conferences, capacity building programmes, publications and foster a better understanding about the relation،p between Criminal Justice & it’s Administration.

About the Event

The central focus of the colloquium is to ،instorm and propose ،ential reform measures to address the identified challenges in the criminal law. This includes issues related to enforcement, procedural bottlenecks, and areas where the law may not adequately address contemporary socio-legal concerns.

The colloquium will serve as a knowledge-sharing platform, where the insights and outcomes will be disseminated through various channels. Parti،nts will engage in collaborative efforts to outline pragmatic solutions that can contribute to the evolution of the penal legal landscape in India.
