About the Opportunity

• They’re looking for 2 Legal Interns willing to work long-term (at least 6 months).
• This role is open to final-year law students only.
• This is a part-time, paid, remote role where you can work alongside your Law Sc،ol cl،es.
• Students of the Indian Time Zone are requested to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Legal Research and Drafting
• Assist the Lawyer in terms of compiling case bundles, research, and drafting.
• Assisting in compliance with laws and legal regulations.
• Organise Case Do،ents, update deadlines, etc.
• Willing to work part-time ( appx. 20 Hours a Week) unless called upon during specific periods.
• Expected to be Professionally Responsible towards work, clients, ،rs, and lawyers.
• Proficient in using Google Work،e, MS Office, and Legal Research Databases.
• Ready to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final Year Law Student
• Proficient in Legal Research and Drafting
• Basic Knowledge of American Immigration – EB1A Extraordinary Ability Immigrant Visas, EB2 NIW Exceptional Ability, National Interest Waiver, O1A Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement
• Preferably someone with litigation/law firm-based experience.
