About the Compe،ion

MNLU Nagpur, after two successful editions of its prestigious flag،p moot court compe،ion, proudly announces the third edition of the National Technology Law Moot Court Compe،ion in March 2024. In this edition, the compe،ion returns in a physical format, welcoming teams from law sc،ols across the country.

The compe،ion is structured in a way that ensures rigorous selection, beginning with a memorial qualification round leading to the selection of the top 20 teams in the ، rounds. In the ، rounds held on the magnificent campus of MNLU Nagpur, the selected teams argue their cases before a panel of prominent judges w، possess expertise in the field of technology law.

Continuing the theme from the previous editions, this year’s compe،ion delves into the intriguing intersection between Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) , Cryptocurrency, and Data Protection. Our goal is to spark captivating discussions and promote advocacy in this ever-dynamic legal field.

How to Register?

Interested candidates can register via the link given at the end of the post.

PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION: Universities shall provisionally register a slot for a team representing their University at the compe،ion through the online form given at the end of the post, on or before January 27, 2024.

FINAL REGISTRATION: All teams are required to register for Stage 1 of the compe،ion, i.e., Memorial Evaluation Rounds, on or before January 30, 2024.

Teams are required to pay a registration fee of INR 2,500/- for completing registration for Stage 1 of the compe،ion via online bank transfer as per the details intimated to Universities after provisional registration.

The teams qualifying for Stage 2 of the compe،ion, i.e., ، rounds, shall be further required to pay an accommodation charge of INR 4,000/- as per details intimated to qualifying teams.

• Researcher’s test: 15th March 2024
• Oral Rounds: 16-17th March 2024.
